Transitions: Autism Services is actively hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services for children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Montcalm County and surrounding areas.
This is a flexible, clinician-supported role designed for BCBAs who want autonomy in scheduling while maintaining strong administrative, staffing, and caseload development support.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide ABA therapy and clinical supervision for clients with ASD.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) in home and community settings.
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with families and care teams.
- Maintain clinical documentation and compliance requirements.
Compensation:
- $60.00 – $100.00 per hour (based on experience and caseload).
- Contract position.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Active BCBA certification (required).
- Eligible for or currently licensed in the State of Michigan.
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
